East Coast Bays is thrilled to present a coaching development programme to help grow and support our coaches both on and off the turf for the 2023 season.

Coaching Development Plan

Provides a long-term approach to developing leaders to enable the creation of a strong foundation nurturing a culture of continuous learning across the club. The sharing of knowledge, understanding best practices and leveraging our strengths as a coaching community across the club will allow all of our coaches to continue to grow and development. The programme will be led by our current Premier Women’s Head Coach Regan Bain and facilated by other coaches & contributors throughout the season.

The programme is designed to be collaborative and flexible to suit the needs of all of our coaches here at ECB. Sessions will be staged across the season with opportunities to work within group environments but also individualised sessions as well.
